The Hyatt Place offered a fantastic experience during my recent business trip. The room was spacious and very clean, featuring a comfortable King bed and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxation after long workdays. The staff was friendly and provided efficient assistance with my requests. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near numerous dining options and shopping centers.

My only issue was with the elevator situation.

The staff was particularly friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The breakfast options were great and really helped fuel our day! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Great spot for families on the move

Hotel's breakfast was pretty excellent, real eggs and tons of choices. Our kids loved the pool, couldn't get them out. The staff was super friendly, especially this Tiffany, she, like we were not just another family passing through.

We also discovered a fantastic restaurant right downstairs, which made dining with kids a breeze. The location offered easy access to the Science Factory, a hit with everyone!

In my wife's opinion, the elevator confusion made it difficult to navigate with the kids and our dog. Adding better signage for families would greatly enhance the experience.

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a clean, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. It provided a quiet escape despite being near a busy shopping area. However, the check-in experience was frustrating due to a mix-up with adjoining rooms that led to misleading information. Additionally, the towels in the room were not clean, which detracted from the overall impression.

I loved my stay in the One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed! The room was spacious and stylishly designed, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Plus, the sky bar offered an amazing view while we enjoyed delicious food and drinks together.

Just a prime choice for a momentary visit in Eugene with great value-to-price ratio. Breakfast selection was excellent, making mornings easy. Parking can add up, so budget for that.
